SkyCity interim results 1H23

Please find below the following information relating to SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited's (SkyCity) result for the six months ended 31 December 2022:

1. Results Announcement (as required by NZX Listing Rule 3.5.1);
2. Distribution Notice (as required by NZX Listing Rule 3.14.1) detailing the interim dividend of NZ$0.06 per ordinary share to be paid on 17 March 2023 to those shareholders on the company's share register as at 5pm (NZ time) on 3 March 2023. The company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan will not be activated in respect of the interim dividend;
3. 1H23 Investor Presentation; and
4. 1H23 Financial Statements and Notes.
