NZX/ASX Announcement - Independent Non-Executive Directors

Further to SkyCity's announcement on 8 June 2021 confirming the appointment of Silvana Schenone, Julian Cook and Chad Barton as non-executive directors of SkyCity effective from 8 June 2021, the SkyCity Board has determined, as required by NZX Listing Rules 2.6.1 and 2.6.2, that each of Ms Schenone, Mr Cook and Mr Barton is an Independent Director (as that term is defined in the NZX Listing Rules).
