NZX/ASX Announcement - Appointment of Non-Executive Directors to SkyCity Board

Further to SkyCity's announcement on 29 March 2021, all necessary regulatory approvals have now been received in relation to the appointment of Silvana Schenone, Julian Cook and Chad Barton as non-executive directors to the SkyCity Board.

Accordingly, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity advises that each of Ms Schenone, Mr Cook and Mr Barton has been appointed as a non executive director of SkyCity effective from 8 June 2021.
