NZX/ASX Announcement - Annual Result For The Year Ended 30 June 2021

Please find below the following information relating to SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited's result for the financial year ended 30 June 2021:

1. Results Announcement (as required by NZX Listing Rule 3.5.1);

2. Investor Presentation;

3. Annual Report, including the audited financial statements and notes; and

4. Distribution Notice (as required by NZX Listing Rule 3.14.1) detailing the ordinary dividend of NZ 7.0 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 24 September 2021 to those shareholders on the company’s share register as at 5pm (New Zealand time) on 17 September 2021. The company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan will not be activated in respect of these dividends.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 1.15.3, SkyCity confirms that it continues to comply with the listing rules of its home exchange, the NZX Listing Rules.

SkyCity is hosting a teleconference call for equity analysts, institutional investors and fund managers at 12pm noon New Zealand time (10am Australian Eastern time) today, where SkyCity management will present the key information of the FY21 result and provide an overview of the status of SkyCity’s major projects and other key strategic initiatives.
