ASX/NZX Announcement - Change of Senior Manager

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises that John Mortensen, who has recently moved into the newly created Group Chief Operating Officer role following the arrival in April 2017 of new Chief Executive Officer Graeme Stephens, has formally resumed direct responsibility for SKYCITY’s flagship property in Auckland. As Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr Mortensen also plays a key role across the SKYCITY Group’s other five properties in New Zealand and Australia.

Mr Mortensen was Interim Chief Executive Officer of SKYCITY from April 2016 until Mr Stephens’ appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, he was General Manager SKYCITY Auckland and Chief Operating Officer New Zealand.

Matt Ballesty, who was the Acting General Manager SKYCITY Auckland, will continue to play a key role assisting Mr Mortensen lead the Auckland operations.
