ASX NZX Announcement - Brent Harman Retirement

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises that Brent Harman will retire from the SKYCITY Board at the company’s upcoming annual meeting in October 2018.

Mr Harman joined the SKYCITY Board in 2008 and was Chairman of the Board’s Remuneration and Human Resources Committee from 2010 until the end of 2017.
